Donna Badner, DVM
Dr. Donna Badner graduated from Tufts University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1990. She established and operated a small animal hospital for several years where she enjoyed the privilege of long lasting relationships with staff, clients and their pets. Her special interests include all areas of internal medicine, such as preventive medicine as well as diagnosing and medically managing sick and chronically ill patients. Dr. Badner feels that the role our pets play in our lives and the role we play in theirs cannot be over appreciated.
Dr. Badner is a member of the MVMA and the AVMA. As a member of the State of Massachusetts Animal Response Team, she was deployed during Hurricane Irene.
Dr. Badner is also Fear Free Certified, certified instructor in Basic Animal Rescue Training, and has completed training on QPR suicide prevention. Additionally, she has volunteered her services to NEADS. Finally, she is working with The Street Dog Coalition to form a team in Central Massachusetts to provide veterinary care to pets of those experiencing or at risk of being homeless. In her idle time, Dr. Badner enjoys cycling, watching baseball, and spending time with her two and four legged family.
